Reporting to the Medical Director, your key responsibilities will include: Identify and foster purposeful partnerships with KOLs Support and execute medical strategy, focusing on activities in Queensland. Influence the decision makers in this space and educate external and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with clinical trial sites and support the team on the journey to get the products to market. Participate in numerous conferences and represent the company. Use strong scientific data to build advocacy. Maintain the highest level of knowledge across all competing products. The Successful Candidate Will Have Degree qualifications in Scientific or Healthcare field. PhD, Masters, or Honours in Science (preferred). Several years of ANZ pharmaceutical experience in Medical Affairs. (Medical Science Liaison experience is a must) Strong scientific acumen and understanding of multiple therapeutic areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Willingness to travel as required. Applicants who possess experience in niche and highly specialised therapy areas will be highly considered.
